What Is Covered

This limited warranty protects your piece against verified structural flaws in workshop craftsmanship. This strictly covers foundational integrity issues, exclusively:

• Structural casting fractures or component failures existing from the initial setting process.
• Defective closure mechanisms, clasps, or earring posts.
• Loose accent stone prongs upon immediate delivery.

If a verified craftsmanship flaw emerges within the first year, the Veridia Atelier will coordinate a complimentary, white-glove restoration of your piece through our network of master bench artisans.

The Integrity Standard: Voiding the Policy

Our curated pieces are balanced to exact architectural specifications by master artisans. To preserve the original integrity and balance of your jewelry, any servicing or physical adjustments must be handled exclusively through your private Veridia concierge.

The Intervention Clause: Any third-party intervention—including sizing, soldering, prong adjusting, or stone resetting performed by an unauthorized local jeweler or independent repair facility—will instantly and completely void the Veridia guarantee.

We enforce this standard strictly because unauthorized adjustments can fundamentally compromise the metal integrity or fracture the stone's original alignment. Once a piece has been altered or tampered with outside our verified supplier network, we can no longer guarantee or assume liability for its structural safety.

Standard Exclusions

This guarantee is an assurance of original crafting excellence; it does not serve as product insurance. This policy explicitly excludes coverage for normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches on gold), accidental damage (bent prongs from impact, broken chains from snagging), gemstone loss due to trauma, or rhodium plating wear over time.
