To ensure the absolute highest level of security and protect our clients against fraudulent credit card use, all orders undergo a mandatory 48-hour security verification period upon checkout. During this window, transaction parameters are evaluated to ensure authorization validity.

  • Standard Processing: Once an order passes our security protocol, custom production or order fulfillment begins.

  • Order Alterations: No shipping address modifications can be executed after an order has successfully cleared checkout.

2. Transit Timelines & Carriers

To protect the high-value nature of fine jewelry, Veridia Gems partners exclusively with premium, secure transport couriers. We do not utilize standard postal services.

  • Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped via fully trackable, priority transport (e.g., FedEx or UPS Express).

  • Transit Estimates: Standard transit takes approximately 2–5 business days following our processing and security window.

  • Shipping Fees: We provide complimentary fully-insured shipping on all standard fine jewelry orders.

3. Mandatory Signature & Delivery Security

  • Direct Signature Required: Under no circumstances will parcels be left unattended on doorsteps, porches, or communal building areas. All deliveries require a Direct Adult Signature upon handoff.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery fails due to receiver absence, the package will be held securely at the local courier facility for pickup under strict identification matching rules.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments travel under our corporate cargo insurance umbrella until the exact millisecond a signature is captured at your delivery destination. In the extremely rare event a package is delayed, trackable transit stalls, or packaging arrives compromised, contact our concierge immediately at clientcare@veridiagems.shop.
